BREAKING NEWS From the Superintendent's Office (Visit the Superintendent's Blog) Timely Events/Special Announcement WES Sixth Grade Graduation The sixth graders will graduate on Wednesday, June 23 at 1:15pm in the school auditorium. WES School Garden Presentation: Wednesday, June 9, 7pm, Town Hall The WES School Committee will hear from Linda Wagner, certified horticulturist, Merry Anderson, WES art teacher, and Jill Strawbridge, WESprouts parent organizer, on the successful efforts by all to create a viable, "giving" school garden for our students. WES/LES School Union 71 Meeting The joint School Committee of Union 71 will be meeting on Thurs. May 20, 7:30 pm at the Williamstown Municipal Building. The Agenda will include a discussion of the Merger Agreement. Merger Agreement With School Union 71 MGRHS School Committee to review Agreement with School Union 71 and final vote on Monday, May 17, 7pm. WES/LES School Union 71 Partnering with MGRHS MGRHS School Committee will meet on Friday, April 30th, at 7 PM, to review a Proposed Agreement outlining how WES/LES and MGRHS can partner and share Central Office Staff. A vote to determine if MG will seek to join the WES/LES School Union is expected to be taken by the School Committee.
