Thank you for your interest in the Williamstown Elementary School. Before we send you a Registration Packet, we need all prospective families to complete our Pre-Registration Questionnaire. This form is for Kindergarten through 6th Grade.

Once completed, we will send you a copy of our Registration Packet - either by mail, email (to be printed), or for you to pick-up in person. The cover for our Registration Packet will detail all of the required documents we will need to complete registration. These include pertinent health forms & immunizations, proof of residency in Williamstown, and a birth certificate. We can make copies of any original documents in our Main Office.
